Common questions
What is the difference between a coupon and a gift card?
A coupon is a discount with an expiry date that OREA issues as part of a campaign and can be used once. A gift card is an amount someone paid for you, which you spend as you like — over several purchases if you wish — for as long as it holds a balance.
Do OREA gift cards expire?
Yes — every gift card has an expiry date, shown on the card itself and in your account under "Gift cards".
What can I pay for with an OREA gift card?
You can use a gift card to pay for your OREA order, delivery included, exactly as you would a debit or credit card.
What if the order costs more than the card?
You pay the difference by card or another available method. If the order costs less than the card's balance, the rest stays on the card for next time.
How do I check a gift card's balance?
Enter the card's code in the "Check balance" field on this page — no sign-in needed. If you have an account, all your gift cards also appear in your profile under Rewards.
Do all shops accept gift cards?
Yes — you can use your gift card in any shop on the OREA platform.
